How early do I need to book?

We recommend booking at least 4 weeks before your desired Easter date. Premium slots (sunrise hiding, golden egg packages) fill up by February. Emergency same-day service is available but comes with a 300% surcharge and moderate judgment.
Do you deliver to apartments?

Absolutely. Our Urban Hiding Unit specializes in apartments, condos, and tiny homes. We've successfully hidden 24 eggs in a 400 sq ft studio. The client was impressed and slightly concerned.
What's your policy on chocolate allergies?

We take allergies very seriously. All baskets can be customized for nut-free, dairy-free, gluten-free, and sugar-free options. We also offer a 'Fruit & Disappointment' basket for the health-conscious parent.
What if my dog eats the eggs?

Our eggs are pet-safe (non-toxic dye, dog-approved chocolate alternatives for the ground-level ones). We also offer a 'Decoy Egg Protocol' where we place dummy eggs in dog-accessible areas to divert canine attention from the real haul.
Can I watch the hiding happen?

No. This is strictly prohibited under Section 7.4 of our client agreement. The magic of Easter depends on plausible deniability. Parents who attempt to observe the hiding will be gently escorted back to bed.
What happens to eggs that aren't found?

Our post-hunt sweep team uses thermal imaging and proprietary sniff technology to locate all remaining eggs. In 2,000 years of operation, we've maintained a 99.7% recovery rate. The other 0.3% usually turn up during summer renovation projects.
Do you offer year-round services?

Our core business is seasonal, but we offer 'Practice Hunts' year-round for competitive families preparing for next Easter. We also consult on Halloween candy hiding, tooth fairy logistics, and Santa-adjacent chimney operations.

What's the largest event you've handled?

Can I hide eggs for adults?

Our Adult Egg Hunt packages are extremely popular for bachelorette parties, team-building events, and passive-aggressive neighborhood competitions. Eggs can be filled with gift cards, miniature liquor bottles, or tiny scrolls with compliments.
